Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of veloxapparel.shop and to every purchase you make from NUNO MIGUEL PEDROSA MIRANDA ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing this site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

NUNO MIGUEL PEDROSA MIRANDA is a business established in Portugal at Rua Infante Dom Henrique 11, 2855-454 Corroios, Setúbal, Portugal. Products and descriptions

We describe our jackets, blouses and knit tops as accurately as we can, including fabric, fit, measurements and care instructions. Photographs are illustrative: screen settings, lighting and slight differences between production runs mean the colour you see may vary a little from the garment that arrives. Measurements are taken flat and may vary by up to 1- cm. If a detail is critical to your decision, ask us before ordering.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if a price or description error has occurred, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund any amount you have paid in full.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken through our payment provider; we never store full card details.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, as explained in our Refund policy. You may also benefit from our 30-day return promise. The statutory right is not affected by that promise.

Garment care and intended use

Our garments are intended for normal personal wear. Follow the care label: machine washing at the stated temperature, no bleach unless stated, and iron or steam according to the fabric. Damage caused by misuse, incorrect washing, alteration or normal wear is not a defect and is not covered by the legal guarantee.

Intellectual property

The text, photography, graphics, logos and layout of this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or republish them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Portuguese or EU law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence and your statutory consumer rights.

Complaints and dispute resolution

If something goes wrong, contact us first at support@veloxapparel.shop -most issues are resolved within one business day. As a consumer you may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or the Portuguese consumer arbitration courts (Centros de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo). The Portuguese consumer protection authority is consumidor.gov.pt.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of that country. The courts of Portugal have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
